Thai Warrior:

A combination of rhythmic massage, acupressure points stimulation, gentle twisting, and deep stretching are orchestrated to release tension and promote a balance of circulating Prana (life force energy) throughout the body. This technique is exceptionally good for muscle lengthening, fascial release, and passively performing advanced yoga-like movements. Recommended for athletes and anyone who needs maximum rejuvenation.

Ash-Thai:

A combination of Ashiatsu and Thai massage focuses on deep compression effleurage strokes that glide over the body using the feet and walking techniques focusing on the pressure points and ‘sen’ energy lines. This technique will provide deep relaxation while stretching chronically shortened muscles of the body.

Deep Stretch:

Employs the use of a traditional Thai natural cotton cloth (Pakaoma) to focus on relaxation, to help rebalance the body, energy, and structure to treat blockage caused by the congestion of energy flow along the ‘sen’ lines. This manipulation is intended to normalize the four body elements: earth, water, wind, and fire. This traditional massage is regarded as part of the art, science, and culture of traditional Thai healthcare.
