SculptONE™ Education

Sculptedby your own hands

The 10-minute Korean facial sculpting method you can practice at home.

No Botox, no expensive products. All you need is your two hands. A system designed to help you look less tired, less puffy, and to naturally lift and release stored tension and stress.

Sound familiar

You are not tired. Your face is holding something.

You slept eight hours and still look wrecked

Your jaw is tight and you stopped noticing

Your face looks heavier and puffier than it did

The expensive skincare changed nothing

It is easy to call this age. Most of it is not. It is fluid, fascia, muscle tension, and circulation. All four respond to hands, at any age.

Why this works when nothing else did

The cycle nobody explains to you

Stress makes you clench. Clenching tightens the fascia. Tight fascia traps lymphatic fluid. Trapped fluid slows circulation. Slow circulation shows up as dull, puffy, heavy skin. Then you stress about how you look, and it starts again.

Your skincare works on the surface

Serums sit on the top layer. What you are seeing in the mirror is underneath it.

Random gua sha videos give you moves

Moves without order, pressure, or direction do very little. The sequence is the method.

Face yoga only works the muscle

Muscle is one layer out of four. We work muscle, fascia, ligaments, and skin, because they move together. Train one and the other three stay stuck exactly where they were.

SculptONE™ breaks the cycle at every point

Six layers, in one order, built from Korean facial technique and Eastern medicine.

The SculptONE™ method

Six layers, in this order, for a reason

This is the framework behind every facial we perform in our flagship clinic. You learn the home version: same order, same thinking, your own two hands.

01

Detox

Lymphatic drainage first, so you are not pushing fluid through a closed door. The step everyone skips.

02

Acupressure & reset

The acupressure points we use in clinic, held in sequence to support energy flow and circulation, so the jaw, temples, and brow stop gripping.

03

Activate

Hands-on work that brings blood to the surface. This is where the color comes back.

04

Lift

Fascia-focused technique that works with the structure of your face instead of dragging at skin.

05

Deep sculpt & buccal

Deeper muscle work, bamboo gua sha, and buccal massage. This is the layer people fly in for.

06

Seal

Cooling, calming, and the Korean skincare layering that holds the work in place.

Why the acupressure matters

You will learn points on the face and on the body, because the two are connected. In Eastern medicine the face sits on channels that run the length of you, and the points along them are used to support the smooth flow of qi and blood. Suji uses the same points in clinic that she trained on as an acupuncturist, held with fingers instead of needles.

What you will feel

Warmth, and a heaviness leaving the face. Better circulation is the practical half of it: more blood moving through the tissue is what brings color back to skin that has gone flat and grey.

The technique people fly in for

Buccal massage, and yes, we teach it

Buccal is worked from inside the mouth. One gloved or clean hand inside the cheek, the other outside, meeting through the muscle. It reaches the masseter and the deep cheek tissue that nothing on the surface of your skin can touch.

It is the single most requested thing in our treatment room, and the reason clients tell us they felt their jaw let go for the first time in years. Most people have never had anyone touch that muscle.

Almost nobody teaches it for home use, because it takes precision to do safely. We break it down slowly: where your fingers go, how much pressure, how long, and the days you should skip it entirely.

  • Filmed from angles you can actually follow
  • Safe pressure and timing for your own hands
  • Hygiene, and when not to do it at all

The Korean Skincare System

Hands are half of it. This is the other half: advanced Korean skincare layered in the right order, at the right moment in the massage, so the two work together instead of fighting each other. What to use, when in the sequence, and what genuinely needs to be Korean.

  • The layering order, and where it meets the massage
  • Product honesty: what to buy, what to skip
  • Routines built by concern, not by brand
  • Lifetime access to our private community, where we share skincare tips and post new technique as we make it

Eat Your Skincare

The recipe book. Eastern medicine has used herbs, mushrooms, and plants to support the skin from the inside for a very long time, and this is that knowledge written down as things you can actually cook and drink. Teas, broths, and everyday dishes, with what each ingredient is traditionally used for and why we keep it in our own kitchen.

  • Herbal teas, including the one we serve before every treatment
  • Everyday recipes built around skin-supporting ingredients
  • What each herb is traditionally used for, in plain language
  • Where to buy the ingredients without being overcharged
  • Lifetime access to our private community, where we share skincare tips and post new technique as we make it

Free with any course

A $200 book, included while the founding price lasts

Or $200 on its own once the founding group closes

Included with every course

You are not buying a video library. You are joining a room.

Every course comes with instant, lifetime access to our private community. It is where we share skincare tips, answer the questions that only come up once your hands are actually on your face, and post new technique as we make it. The course teaches you the method. The community is how you keep getting better at it.

Why the price is what it is

These are founding prices. The people who join first get the lowest price we will ever charge, and the recipe book on top, because they are backing this before it exists. Once the founding group is in, the prices go up and the book goes back to $200 on its own.

Every course is a one time payment with lifetime access. No subscription, no renewal. Take two together and the bundles are $349 for at Home with the skincare system, or $1,297 for Professional Training with it.

Prefer to spread it out? Choose the monthly plan at checkout and the same card is charged automatically each month. The monthly plans cost a little more than paying in one go.

What it actually looks like

Ten minutes, every day, in front of your own mirror

Day one

You find out where your face has been holding tension. Most people are surprised by the jaw.

Week one

The moves stop feeling awkward. Morning puffiness is usually the first thing to shift.

Weeks two to three

The sequence becomes automatic. You stop watching the screen and start feeling the tissue.

Day thirty

A daily habit that takes less time than your coffee, and hands that know what they are doing.

We will not tell you how much your face will change or when. Anyone who puts a number on that is guessing. What we will tell you is exactly what to do, in what order, and why.

Suji and Hyesu, twin co-founders of THE ONE Clinic

Who is teaching you

Two sisters, two halves of one method

We are twins, Korean-American, both mothers, both here for the same reason: helping each person feel good in their own skin. We each learned a different half of this on purpose, and the method only exists because both halves are in the room.

Suji is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist. Traditional Eastern medicine, herbal formulas, and the inside-out half. She is the one showing you where the acupressure points sit on your face and body, and which herbal teas support vitality.

Hyesu is a licensed esthetician. Advanced Korean skincare, facial technique, and the hands. She built the sculpting protocol and trains every provider who performs it.

The K-beauty wave brought the products to America and left the knowledge in Korea. This is us handing over the part that got lost.

What the method does in our room

The courses are new. The method is not. Real reviews from clients who came in for the same six layers.

I saw serious differences with my face. There was tension in my jaw I didn't even know I had, and it felt incredible to release it. My family members commented that they saw a real difference.

Tammy T.SculptONE™ Facial

This is the real deal. The facials are not just six layers of lotion and a hot towel, but a deeper therapeutic treatment that breaks up tension you don't know you have.

Ben HeitnerNew Client Special

The buccal massage for the inner cheeks was literally jaw-dropping. I could actually feel it break down fascia tension in my lower jaw. 10/10 recommend.

This was my very first facial and the entire experience was amazing. They took the time explaining every step and answered all my questions. I left feeling relaxed, glowing, and so well taken care of.

Valerie DiazFirst Facial

Amazing job on my facial, and great tips on how to refine my skincare routine. The result was glowing, fresh skin. I signed up for a membership and I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

Keanna CarterClearONE™ Calm

One of the best facials I've ever had, so much so that I booked a second appointment right after. My skin feels hydrated and bright afterward, and the tea is also amazing.

Questions we actually get asked

Is this just face yoga?

No. Face yoga is exercise for facial muscles. SculptONE™ is a hands-on protocol built from lymphatic drainage, fascia work, acupressure, deep muscle work, and Korean skincare, performed in a specific order. Different tools, different thinking.

Do I need to buy anything?

Your hands and a facial oil will get you through the whole thing. A gua sha tool helps for one layer and we tell you what to look for. Nothing is required to start.

What if I have had Botox or filler?

Most of it is fine, and plenty of our clients do both. There are areas and timings to avoid after injections and we walk through them. Ask your injector too.

How fast will I see something?

Puffiness usually responds fastest, sometimes the same morning. Tension takes longer. Contour takes consistency. We will not promise you a number of days.

I am in my fifties. Is it too late?

No. Fluid, tension, and circulation respond at any age. What changes with age is how much the consistency matters.

What is the difference between the home course and the professional training?

The home course teaches you to work on your own face, safely, without anatomy homework. The professional training goes into muscle, fascia, lymph, and nerve pathways, covers techniques that belong in a treatment room, and is built for licensed practitioners who will use it on clients.

Can I use the home course on clients?

No. It is licensed for your own face. The professional training is the one that comes with protocols for client work.

What is the community, and does it cost extra?

It is included with every course, free, for life. It is a private group where we share skincare tips, post new technique as we make it, and answer the questions that only come up once you have started. You get access the moment you enroll.

What does founding price mean?

It means you are getting the lowest price we will ever charge, because you are joining before the doors open. Founding prices are not a sale off some higher number we invented, they are simply where we are starting. When the founding group closes, the prices go up and stay up, and the recipe book goes back to being a $200 book on its own. What you pay once is what you pay, and you keep everything for life.

Is Eat Your Skincare really free?

Yes, with any course, for as long as the founding price lasts. It is a $200 recipe book on its own. It is our Eastern medicine kitchen written down: teas, broths, and everyday dishes built around the herbs and foods traditionally used to support the skin from the inside.

Do I need the skincare system too?

No. The massage stands on its own. The skincare system is there for people who want the other half of what we do in the treatment room.

Sound familiar

The thoughts that keep you waiting

“I am too busy”

Ten minutes. You spend longer than that deciding which serum to use.

“I am too old for this”

Fluid and tension respond at every age. Our oldest clients see the clearest changes, because they were holding the most.

“I have tried this before”

You were shown moves, not a method. Nobody told you the order or why it mattered.
